Dr. Jillian Keighron is a compassionate healthcare provider who believes in honesty, individuality, and understanding the unique needs of each patient. Patients often notice Dr. Keighron’s exceptional listening skills and dedication to treating the whole person. With a background that spans both conventional medicine and holistic practices, Dr. Keighron integrates modern science with a patient-centered approach to provide a nurturing healthcare experience. Raised in Alabama, Dr. Keighron was inspired to pursue a medical career after witnessing the sacred bond between patients and doctors during a college shadowing experience.

Dr. Keighron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Psychology, as well as a Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.). After completing residency in Jacksonville, Florida, Dr. Keighron relocated to Ocala in 2025, bringing her expertise and holistic approach to Absolute Health. Dr. Keighron is currently working toward certification in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine, further enhancing her ability to oer patients the best of both conventional and integrative medicine. Her approach emphasizes not only alleviating symptoms but understanding and addressing the underlying causes of health issues.

Outside of the oce, Dr. Keighron enjoys spending time with family, exploring the natural beauty of Florida, and growing in her faith. She also nds joy in pursuing wellness through organic food, natural products, and therapies like massage and sound therapy. Dr. Keighron views each patient as a partner in their health journey and is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care. Her strong family ties and work ethic reect her belief in collaboration, and she brings this sense of teamwork into her patient relationships. Dr. Keighron is excited to be a part of Absolute Health and looks forward to helping patients live their best lives.
