Hana Griffin FNP-C is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner, bringing a rich cultural perspective from her upbringing in both the U.S. and Japan. Patients appreciate her attentive and collaborative approach, as she views each patient as a teammate in their health journey. With a commitment to holistic care, Hana listens closely to her patients’ concerns and partners with them to achieve their health goals. Her warm demeanor and thoroughness foster an environment of trust and understanding, making her an integral part of Absolute Health.
Hana holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and is a proud double Gator, having earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Doctorate from the University of Florida. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). As a lifelong learner, Hana completed the Institute for Functional Medicine’s Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) course and is currently working toward full certification in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). She integrates this advanced training into her patient care, incorporating a variety of healing modalities beyond traditional medicine. Outside of her clinical work, Hana cherishes her role as a wife and mother. She and her husband recently became parents in 2023, and their young daughter has brought even more joy to their lives. Hana comes from a close-knit family, many of whom work in the medical field, instilling in her a deep sense of purpose in her career. In her free time, Hana enjoys cooking, staying active with home workouts, and spending time with her loved ones. She values the connection with her patients and strives to make a positive difference in their lives. Hana is immensely grateful for her health, family, and the opportunity to serve her community, and she remains committed to continuously learning and growing in her role at Absolute Health.
